Sans Pants Productions is a New York City-based team of comedy writers, performers and producers. Its core members - Mike Api, Evan Menak, John Rebecchi, David Storch and Christopher Vespoli - all met while attending Hofstra University in Long Island, New York in 2004.

Coming from the varied backgrounds of drama, improvisation, screenwriting and video production, they found a place for their talents while at college in the form of Thursday Nite Live, a student-produced comedy television series. The five formed their own internet comedy group shortly thereafter in 2007.

Sans Pants Productions has garnered hundreds of thousands of views online and attracted national and international publicity. Their commercial parodies, sketches and satires have been featured on CollegeHumor.com, The Maury Povich Show, NBC's Today Show and Comcast Digital Cable on-demand service to name a few. The group also maintains a strong presence within the live New York comedy scene, with members having performed on the stages of The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, The Laugh Factory/Times Square Arts Center and Comic Strip Live among others.

Mike Api:
Mike Api thinks the world revolves around him, he's so pompous that Sans Pants tried to fire him from the group and he just keeps showing up at meetings unannounced he actually hired someone to write his bio little did he know the person he hired would sabotage his story with run-on sentences, not good grammar, and lots of nonsensical flastamarch. Affectionately referred to as Mapi by those he doesn't employ, Mike is trying valiantly to make a career in post production. He still doesn't get it. Born and raised in The Bronx, Mapi ought to be the harder one of the group, when really he owns more Pound Puppies than Evan, John, Dave, and Chris combined. Aside from video editing and production, Mapi spent much of his time at Hofstra hosting and producing several radio shows on WRHU-FM. He enjoys kayaking, collecting vinyls, and is a bonafide roller coaster expert.

Evan Menak:
Evan went to Hofstra with some people and then Sans Pants happened somehow.

John Rebecchi:
Being the eldest member of the group, John actually remembers a time when the Internet was nothing but scholars and NASA and completely devoid of humor. Ah, what a wonderful time that was. However, now that social networking and dick jokes dominate this vast wasteland that is now the 'WorldWideWeb', John needed to figure out a way to cash in while the gettin' was good. That's why he lobbied to be part of the first ever sketch comedy website ever for the World Wide Web, Sans Pants Productions. Mike, Evan, Dave and Chris knew of John from his work with them on TNL at Hofstra University, but it wasn't until he gave them bags of money was he accepted into the group. John's birthday is between November 22nd and December 21st which makes him a Sagittarius, and also strangely enough a Wolfman. Weird.

David Storch:
In Bow, New Hampshire David was raised, on the playground is where he spent most of his days. Chillin out, maxin, relaxin all cool he was usually shootin some b-ball outside the school. But when David wasnt shootin b-ball or chillin with his homies he was usually trying to make people laugh. This led David to test his luck in New York City where he received comedy training from The Upright Citizens Brigade and Hofstra University. He still resides in NYC and does stand-up/sketch comedy and improv. He has performed all over New York at such places like; The Comic Strip Live, Gotham, The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, Comedy Cellar, New York Comedy Club and colleges through-out the country. David enjoys long walks on the beach and little bumble bees that tickle his nose.

Christopher "Chris" Vespoli:
Born in the borough of Queens in 1984, Chris comes from a long line of Italian-American immigrants of negligible height and remarkable sebaceous emission. He spent his formative grade school years in Merrick, a Long Island suburb of New York City home also to such national treasures as Lindsay Lohan, Amy Fisher and Debbie Gibson... yes, THE Debbie Gibson. After spending a year at state college in New Paltz, New York, Chris enrolled in Hofstra University where he studied Television and English. It was there where he met the rest of the future Sans Pants team while producing sketch comedy for Thursday Nite Live, a student-run campus television show modeled after the late night program of a similar name. Chris served as head writer until he graduated and began working in network television in 2006. He currently resides in Manhattan and enjoys speaking in third person.
